SHIPPING TO SPAIN

Mooish includes shipping costs for all orders over 59€.

SPAIN (Peninsula): 3,95€. Free shipping from 59€.

SPAIN (Balearic Islands): 4,95€. Free shipping from 59€.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In Spain packages will be sent through Correos Express and will be delivered within 24/72 working hours depending on the area where you live.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

PORTUGAL, ITALY, GERMANY, FRANCE, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, 8,95€.

BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, DENMARK, SWEDEN, FINLAND, AUSTRIA, IRELAND 9,95€.

There are delivery times that may be affected in exceptional cases such as Black Friday, Christmas, holidays, launches … in these cases we can not guarantee standard delivery, it may be higher due to the high volume of shipments. 

Orders received before 12:00h from Monday to Friday during working hours are usually prepared and shipped the next working day. Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on Tuesday.

Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the address indicated.

 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

The delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the indicated address. You will know that your order has already been picked up by our courier agency when you receive an email or sms confirming the change of status of your order to shipped. You will be able to change the delivery date.

If the carrier has any inconvenience, he will contact you.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

We recommend that you always check that the address is correct before completing the order, as the shipping information cannot be changed afterwards.

Write to us at info@mooishcosmetics.com and we will try to help you as much as possible, but when the order is in preparation or has already left our warehouse we will not be able to make any changes.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?

You will receive a message in which you will be allowed to change the day of delivery. Otherwise, a first delivery will be made at the indicated address. If the delivery person does not find you, he will contact you to arrange another delivery time. If he does not find you a second time, he will return the order to our warehouse.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MOOISH offers a flexible return policy. In case you receive the products in perfect condition, but you are not 100% satisfied with any of them, you can exchange or return them. In case they are returned, you will receive a refund of the price of the products within 15 working days from the date of receipt (except for shipping costs).

In case you want to exchange them, you will have to pay the difference if the price of the returned product is lower than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is more expensive than the new one, MOOISH will refund the difference within 15 working days.

In any case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Respecting the following conditions:

You must notify us of your intention to return the products through info@mooishcosmetics.com

You can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.

The products must be in their original box/packaging.

The products must not have been used.

If the product is part of a pack, the complete pack must be returned.

Only one return per order is allowed.

In any case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 working days (except for shipping costs).

We will not accept returns of products purchased without discount to buy them again with discount.

On the other hand, if you receive a broken or damaged product, we apologize in advance and ask you to contact us at info@mooishcosmetics.com specifying the shipment number and a video or photograph where you can see the product. You will be able to choose:

 

A full refund of the order (which will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order).

Or exchange for another product (you will have to pay the difference if the price of the returned product is lower than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is more expensive than the new one, MOOISH will refund the difference within 15 working days).

In any case, whether the customer decides to return the product or to exchange it, Mooish will be responsible for the shipping costs.

In case you do not receive a product after the delivery time, we ask you to contact us at info@mooishcosmetics.com indicating the order number so we can help you.

It is not possible to return or exchange a purchased product when it is a flash sale, unless the product is damaged in transit or the product is defective in origin. In this case, clause 2 applies.
